Arrive in time for a glass of hot, winter punch and a slice of festive cake, awaiting you in our cosy bar
and lounge. This evening, the celebrations commence with a sparkling cocktail and canapés reception
where our General Manager and his team will inform you of the exciting three-day programme ahead.
You are then invited into our beautiful restaurant where an exquisite five-course dinner will be served.
Afterwards, enjoy a candlelit procession to the shores of lake Derwentwater. With a glass of Baileys
hot chocolate in one hand and a sparkler in the other, enjoy the beauty of the Lake District at night.

Prepare yourself for the day’s festivities with a hearty Cumbrian
breakfast and a glass of Bucks Fizz. Afterwards, you can choose
whether you browse the local shops or participate in our treasure hunt
around Keswick for a chance to win a great prize.
In the afternoon you may want to make use of free entry to the nearby
Lake District Wildlife Park; home to over 100 species of animals.
Return to the roaring fire in the hotel bar as it will soon be time to
prepare yourself for the night ahead. After the spectacular six course
Gala dinner, keep an eye out for the piper while our resident singer and
DJ will have you dancing into the early hours of the morning.
At midnight, in true Keswickian tradition, you’re invited to step out
onto the Market Square and ring in the New Year. Back inside, we’ll be
waiting with a glass of bubbly and some haggis, neeps and tatties to
continue the party.

As the world wakes up to a brand New Year, we welcome you for a hearty Cumbrian breakfast and a
pick-me-up Bloody Mary or a glass of Bucks Fizz.
If you’re feeling energetic, grab your winter woollies and walking boots, as we host a guided walk to a
picturesque location, where you can expect beautiful views and a hot and cold lunch buffet halfway
round.
In the evening, enjoy a special mouth-watering five-course farewell dinner, before relaxing in the
lounge bar where we hope you will take part in our New Year’s Day quiz. Put your wits to the test to win
some great prizes!
