Cancellation policy: Deposits or pre-payments - If you wish to cancel your stay more than 48 hours before arrival, your deposit or pre-payment can be used for a future stay booked within the next 12 months. Stays cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival will not be refunded or transferred to another date. Free Cancellation: must be cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival. Credit card is required to secure the booking. All cancellations must be received by the hotel. 100% of total accommodation bill will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 50% of total accommodation bill will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
